The LCMS Northern Illinois District is comprised of almost 200 congregations of The Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod, spanning the 24 counties in the northern one-third of Illinois. We flourish in our life together by “keeping the main thing the main thing”, faithfully serving the Gospel of Jesus Christ and sharing it in our community and the world.
