Dwelling in the Light of God’s Grace: Stateville

For 32 years, Deaconess Lori Wilbert has served in a chaplaincy role at Stateville Correctional Center. As she teaches classes and builds community there she continues to see God's grace and hope permeate the environment. Prison is a place in which God's spirit dwells and is found in the mundane, obscene, and obscure.

Miles for Mileage 2018

Everyone is invited. Everyone is included. Voice of Care hosted their second Miles for Mileage event of the summer over the weekend. They worshipped the Lord with people of all abilities while fundraising to be able to continue traveling to churches and organizations throughout the region to teach how we as a Church can further include all people.
