An Epiphany Music Feast will recreate the sounds and sensations of medieval England in celebration of the coming of the Light of the World.

St. John Lutheran Church, Forest Park, Illinois, invites you to an Epiphany Music Feast (Madrigal Dinner) on Sunday, January 22, 2017, at 4 p.m.

The Madrigal Dinner begins with an opening concert that chronicles the healing Light of the eastern star with motets and hymns in festive settings for choir, instruments and congregation. Music will be provided by St. John Choristers, Adult Choir, Guest Choirs, Singers, and Instrumentalists.

A six-course banquet recreating the castle setting of King Henry VIII follows the concert, where you will experience a medieval feast. Each dish is announced with choral and instrumental fanfares and pageantry. As in Medieval times, the various dishes are seasoned with fruit and other delicious flavors.

Due to limited seating and the popularity of this event, you are encouraged to order tickets now. Seats are assigned on a first come, first served basis, in the order reservations are made.
