On December 10, 2023, Rev. Matthew Dubensky was installed as Associate Pastor at St. Peter Lutheran Church in Schaumburg, Illinois.
Pastor Dubensky has served in the LCMS Northern Illinois District since June 2021, when he was installed at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Chicago Heights, Illinois. In September 2021, he was additionally installed at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Steger, Illinois. He served both congregations faithfully for the last two years.
Pastor Dubensky attended Concordia University in Ann Arbor, Michigan and received a degree in Biblical Languages in 2015. He received his Master of Divinity degree from Concordia Seminary, St. Louis in 2021.
His and his wife, Addie, recently welcomed their first child, a son, to their family.
We celebrate with the Dubenskys on the birth of their baby and with St. Peter Lutheran in Schaumburg as they welcome Pastor Dubensky and his family to his new call!
