On September 28, 2025, Reverend Keith Speaks was installed as Senior Pastor at Trinity Lutheran Church in Roselle, Illinois.

Pastor Speaks received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Concordia University in River Forest, Illinois in 1986. He received a Master of Divinity degree from Concordia Seminary in St. Louis, Missouri in 1990.

He has previously served congregations in Iowa, Texas, North Carolina, Wisconsin, and Illinois.

He and his wife, Paula, have been married since 1982, and they have three grown children.
