On October 15, 2023 Rev. Jason Shaw was installed as the Senior Pastor at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Lena, Illinois.
Pastor Shaw comes to the LCMS Northern Illinois District from the LCMS Missouri District where he served as Senior Pastor at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Jackson, Missouri. He held at prior call at Faith Lutheran Church, Springfield, Missouri. He attended Concordia University Nebraska, and received his MDiv from Concordia Seminary Saint Louis, in May 0f 2004.
His wife, Joy, is a rostered teacher and they have three daughters.
