On March 2, 2025, Reverend David Nieman was installed as pastor at Zion Lutheran Church in Hinsdale, Illinois. 
Pastor Nieman attended Monmouth College in Monmouth, Illinois and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Classics in 2013. He attended Concordia Seminary in St. Louis, Missouri and received a Master of Divinity degree in 2017.
He previously served as associate pastor at St John Lutheran Church in West Bend, Wisconsin from 2017-2025. He and his wife, Samantha, have been married since 2016 and have four children.
We welcome Reverend Nieman and his family to his new call in the LCMS Northern Illinois District!
