Kathleen Marie Gallup was born to Robert and Evelyn (Steinke) on January 5, 1950 in Crystal Lake, IL. She entered Heaven in the early hours of May 10, 2022 at the age of 72.
For most of her life she was a member of St. Peter Lutheran Church in Joliet, IL where she attended elementary school. She was a graduate of Joliet East High School and Concordia Teachers College in River Forest, IL. Kathleen enjoyed teaching at a Lutheran elementary school in Chattanooga, TN and a Lutheran high school in Orlando, FL and Illinois Lutheran high schools located in Lansing, Rockford, and Naperville.
Kathleen was preceded in death by her parents and is survived by her sister Christine (Fred) Wren and her brother Roger (Elizabeth) Gallup.
A memorial service will be held on May 28, 2022 at St. Peter Lutheran Church, 310 N. Broadway, Joliet, IL 60435 at 11:00 a.m.
