Blair A. Hoy, age 75, of Frankfort, Illinois

Blair was born on June 3, 1945 to Frank and Betty Hoy. He was the beloved husband of Lynn (nee Evans) Hoy for 52 years. He was the devoted father of Adrienne (Al) Marciante and Blair (Heather) Hoy. He was also the proud grandfather of Arena, Ione, Aaron, Andrew, and Baby Hoy.
Blair began his teaching career at St. John’s Lutheran School in Lombard, IL in 1967 after graduating from Concordia Teachers College. He retired in 2007 from Zion Lutheran School in Matteson, IL. In between those two positions, Blair worked at colleges in various capacities. He served on the Board of Education at St. John Lutheran Church and School in Country Club Hills for many years.
Visitation and Funeral Service on Saturday, October 31, 2020 at Robert J. Sheehy & Sons Funeral Home, 9000 W 151st Street, Orland Park, IL. Visitation begins at 9:00 a.m. with the service at 10:00 a.m.
