Rev. Chad Kendall was installed at St. John Lutheran Church in Wheaton on Sunday, June 14, 2020.
Chad is married to Stacie. They were married 27 years ago at St. John Lutheran Church in Pekin, Illinois. They have two sons, Isaac (21) and Samuel (18). Chad graduated from Bradley University in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Administration. He graduated from Concordia Theological Seminary, Fort Wayne in 2002. Chad served as associate pastor at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Spirit Lake, Iowa for 6 years. He, then, served at Trinity Lutheran Church in Lowell, Indiana for 12 years as sole pastor. He is in the final stages of his work on a Ph.D. in Missiology at Concordia Theological Seminary, Fort Wayne.
